| Our programs fall into three major areas: Farmer Education and Support, Farmer-Consumer Connections, and Advocacy. Farmer Education and Support programs include our Annual Conference, field days, the Beginner Farmer Training Program and website resources such as the Calendar of sustainable agriculture events and our Job/Land Bulletin Board. Farmer-Consumer Connections include our Amazing Grazing directory, our Annual Conference and our work with the Eat Fresh Maryland network to expand EBT resources at farmers markets throughout the region. Advocacy includes our collaborations on regional food systems issues, and information on bills and policies to encourage our members' involvement in local, state and federal issues. |
