The meeting will be held at the Upcounty Regional Services Center at 12900 Middlebrook Road, Room A, Germantown, MD 20874. The meeting is open to the public and community involvement is greatly encouraged.

This will be the third public meeting since the Food Council's launch in February. This meeting will be dedicated to the launch of our Working Groups which cover issues like food access, healthy eating, growing farmers, school and youth gardens, land use, zoning, and more! The groups will establish projects, policies, and partnerships and will conduct research, inform and recommend policy change, and develop initiatives that improve our community. If you are passionate about changing the food system or currently work with an organization or business that is tackling these issues, please come to this meeting to get involved and learn how we can collaborate!
