SET UP: Thurs 8:00 am - 8:00 pm OR Fri 7:00 am - 10:00 am

You may begin to set up your exhibit as early as 8:00 am on Thursday, January 16th. The registration table will be staffed from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm that day. If you arrive in the afternoon and wish to set up your table on Thursday evening, that will be possible until 8:00 pm that night.

The set-up window on Friday, January 17th is between 7:00 - 10:00 am. 

You will receive your table assignment upon your arrival to the conference center at the Registration Desk. Please check in at the Exhibitor/Sponsor registration. 

 

Each table is 6ft. and includes a black tablecloth. 

 

BREAK DOWN: Saturday, January 18 by 6:00 pm

Exhibit breakdown can happen anytime Saturday, the 18th up to 6:00pm. (NOTE: the last workshop on Saturday ends at 4:45 pm.)
