Farmers Market Food Access Coordinator at the Baltimore Farmers Market & Bazaar
The Maryland Farmers Market Association (MDMFA), a statewide non-profit that aims to increase healthy food access for all through a robust network of farmers markets, is hiring a Food Access Coordinator to manage all food access programming at the Baltimore Farmers Market and Bazaar, held Sundays 7am – 12pm at the intersection of E. Saratoga and Holliday Streets in downtown Baltimore from April to December. Completion of duties will require approximately 7 hours/week. The purpose of food access programming at farmers markets is to improve access to fresh, local foods for food insecure individuals and households. This independent contract position will run from date of hire through December 2018 and is a rate of $18/hour.
